Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are excited to introduce our NEW clothing line! All clothing will be packaged and shipped with your shoe order (if clothing is purchased with shoes). All orders will be processed seven days a week and shipped Sunday – Thursday from 9:00am – 3:00pm GMT. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange on clothing, you must have the item(s) shipped back to our facility within 30 days of you receiving your package. All original tags must be attached in its original placement as well as the item must be returned with its original plastic packaging. Item(s) must be returned to our facility unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. For hygiene reasons, we will be unable accept returns or exchanges on all bodysuits and swim suits. Any item sent to our facility with stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) will not be accepted for a return, exchange or store credit and a reshipping fee will be applied.
All shipments are packed in our personalized signature packaging. All shoes are individually wrapped in our signature purple paper and hand wrapped in our pink organza dust bags. You may request shoe boxes in the customer comment box.
All orders being placed with NEXT DAY SHIPPING or TWO DAY SHIPPING must be placed before 2:00 pm GMT to have your package ship out the same day (no deliveries on weekends or holidays). Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. If for some reason your order status is MANUAL VERIFICATION, please feel free to call +966553172785 from an unblocked number with your ML ID number and a representative will be able to further assist you. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

Free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $85 before shipping cost and after any discount code is applied (customer must select this option at checkout).
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature may be required at the time of delivery.
A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments).
All items on our SALE tab are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All items on our SALE tab are FINAL SALE. All discounted items are also FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our SALE tab at any time. Any sale or final sale item received for a return or exchange will not be honored. A store credit with a 15% restocking fee will only be honored. No exceptions. If your order exceeds $500, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied on returned items.
We ship to most international countries. Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page after the billing and shipping address have been input. Transit time varies from 5 – 10 business days depending upon what option you select.
Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
